- 3.5 Cups flour
- 1 tsp salt
Yeast Mixture
1 tablespoon yeast and put in one cup in luke warm water until it dissolves.
Put 3.5 cups of flour and 1 tsp of salt into a big bowl. Pour yeast mixture into big bowl with flour add luke warm water and knead. Then when it becomes a ball,
Grease with oil and dust with flour round cake pan.
Cut ball three quarters + cut the last 1/4 into quarter(I know a little confusing) flatten 3/4 ball in round pan then put 1/4 ball on top and flatten and place on pan.
Put oven at 350F for 1 min and shut off. Cover pan with dust towel and let rise 3/4 to 1 hour.
Bake 350F oven for 3/4 hour total Cook 10 min and cover with foil, then lower 300F for 1/2 hour.
