To start the yeast:
1 tablespoon of yeast, a dash of salt and a dash of sugar. Mix with luke warm water and abloue 3 tablespoons of flour. Put oven on 350F for one minute and shut it off. Put plastic container and cover in and put in over for about 10 minutes unit it gets foamy
- 5 cups of flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoon sugar
- 2 eggs
- Warm water
Mix all above ingredients then pour in yeast mixture. Mix altogether, dough will be wet and soft. Add flour to knead then take out and knead it on floured surface. Once altogether add oil in bottom of bowl and then put ball back in the bowl. Cover with dry dish towel then turn oven on 350F for 1 minute and shut off. Put the bowl in the oven until it rises 45 mins to 1 hour.
Take out and knead ball on floured surface. Cut ball in half
Put in pan greased with oil and then dust with flour. Heat oven to 350F for 1 minute and shut off. Cover with dry dish towel and put in over for about 1 hour until it rises in pan. Take them out of the oven and turn the oven on to 350F.
Total bake time is 45 minutes. Bake for 10-15 minutes and cover with aluminum foil. Baked covered for 15 minutes then lover oven to 300F and bake for 15 minutes. Shut off off and take out pans and take bread out of pans and let coil on wire rack. .
