- 1 Onion
- 2 lbs Hamburger
- 3/4 stick margarine
- 1/2 cup of rice
- 1 sm cal tomato paste
- 5 or 6 peppers
- Oregano
- Garlic Powder
- Pepper
Chop onion and simmer in margarine until soft.
Add salt then add tomato paste and mix
Add hamburger and mix
Add rice to the mixture with oregano, garlic powder and pepper.
Take baking pan and stuff peppers with mixture. Lay peppers in pan and then put remaining mixture around peppers in pan.
Boil 1.5 – 2 cups of water and pour over everything
Bake 350F 45 mins to 1 hour, cover with foil if gets to cooked on top.
